Galatians: The Great Exchange
Is your salvation built on performance or promise? Most of us know we’re saved by grace, yet many of us still live as though God’s acceptance must be earned. Paul takes the Galatians back to Abraham to remind them that God’s promises have never depended on human effort. The law reveals our need, but only Christ can rescue us from it. Jesus, the only truly blessed and righteous One, became a curse on our behalf so that sinful people under the curse of the law could receive the blessing of God and be welcomed into His family. When we truly grasp that salvation rests on Christ’s work alone, it frees us to stop striving and simply receive what God has already promised.
