Follow Me - What Jesus has to say about remembering Him - Brian Barr

Mar 26, 2023

The practice of communion should be meaningful, not just a dead religious practice. Participating in communion is a way of intentionally remembering Jesus' death in the cross for us and receiving His power in our lives! It roots us in the Gospel and reminds us of all that is true about us because of what Jesus has done. Consuming the bread and juice is an opportunity to experience Christ's presence in a distinct and powerful way through the Holy Spirit and receive spiritual nourishment for today.

Luke 22:7-20, 1 Corinthians 11:23-29
